Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Effingham Healthcare and Senior Living! ☘️💚

Dan, one of our former employees volunteered to put on a fun show for our residents. His visit brought so many smiles, and his puppet was definitely a crowd favorite! Along with the entertainment, everyone enjoyed some sweet treats to celebrate the day. We loved having him back and appreciate the joy he shared with everyone!

We had a furry friend stop by today… you guessed it, Rachel the Comfort Dog! 🐾 She wasn’t able to visit last month, so everyone was extremely excited to see her today. Lots of smiles, pets, and sweet moments all around!

Happy Long Term Care Administrator Week, Elyse! We appreciate everything you do for us. You truly go above and beyond every day, and we are so lucky to have a boss like you. This morning all of the department heads got together to surprise her with breakfast and a few gifts to show our appreciation. Thank you for everything you do for our team and our residents! 💙

With spring right around the corner, Madisyn put together the cutest craft today! The residents enjoyed making these adorable caterpillars on leaves, and they turned out so cute. Activities like this always bring lots of smiles and creativity! 🐛🍃

Lots of laughs today during our “Granny Curls” activity! The residents had saran wrap and shaving cream placed on their heads while others tossed cotton balls to create the perfect “puffy curls.” It was a silly, fun activity that had everyone smiling! 👵🏼
