So, I did something I don’t usually talk about last night 👀…

I did an egg cleanse after a long stretch of holding space for people.
Not because anything was “wrong”…
But because I could feel I was carrying more than just my own energy.

The yolk completely broke apart…

That represents your core energy

Mine looked like I had been pouring from an empty cup

Overgiving
Holding too much
Not fully closing out after sessions

There were also strands reaching upward

That = energetic connections
(Not bad… just still attached)

Here’s the thing most people get wrong…

It wasn’t “negative energy”

It was overextension

So I cleared it
Rested
Slept

And let my body actually reset
