This will be a tough one...
Tierra came to work for me when I needed a maternity leave covered. She was just out of hygiene school and agreed to help us out. That was like 12 years ago and needless to say, she became way more to me and this business than a temporary fill-in!
Tierra's ability and knowledge immediately became apparent as she quickly transitioned into one of the best dental clinicians I have ever seen and it made total sense for us to designate her as our lead clinical assistant where she oversaw all aspects of our clinical operations at Schumacher Ortho.
Not only is Tierra a top notch employee, but she's also a wonderful mother and wife, a caring friend, and just a great all-around person.
Unfortunately for us, Tierra has decided to pursue a passion that she went to school for and has accepted a new role as a dental hygienist for another office closer to home. While we hate to see her leave, we fully support her decision to do what's best for her and we know she will continue to provide amazing care to all of her new patients.
Tierra has greatly contributed to the success of this business. If you've had treatment at Schumacher Orthodontics, there's good chance Tierra played some role in your treatment. She will be with us for a few more weeks as she continues to help train our current staff and transition into her new job, so if you see her around please reach out and say "thank you" for the wonderful job she has done!
T - you have touched my life and the lives of so many others. I'm a better person because of you. Good luck - I've always said it, but you will be great at whatever you do!
