It's Day 2 in our nervous system reset series and we want to talk about mornings. It doesn't have to feel like a circus act! We can rewiring calm into a chaotic nervous system!
Daily Tip:
After some pressure (see our last post) add vestibular input first thing. Have your kiddo do a few minutes of bouncing on a yoga ball, swinging in a sensory swing, or doing simple spins or somersaults. Movement charges up the brain's batteries and fuels focus. Think of it like charging their brain’s battery before school.
