Meet Francis, he is a Certified Personal Trainer, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Licensed Massage Therapist. His desire for knowledge drove him to continue his education and focus on becoming a mobility and recovery specialist. He is also certified through NASM as a
Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Stretching/Flexibility Coach.

As a massage therapist, Francis has a deeper understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, which allows him to program workouts specific to his client’s needs and capabilities. In addition to exercise, he also likes to incorporate sports stretching which is a combination of passive, active, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques to help correct muscle imbalances, reduce musculoskeletal induced pain, and enhance overall exercise performance.

Francis began his fitness journey shortly after joining the Marine Corps, back in 2013, and that’s where he discovered his passion for leading and teaching others. In addition to helping people reach their fitness goals through personal training and massage therapy, he is also passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been training for over 4 years. He currently helps teach kids self-defense and teaches adult Jiu-Jitsu classes in his spare time. Francis is a firm believer that with a little hard work and consistency, you can accomplish any goal in life.
