Emphasizes the critical need for mental health support during crises like natural disasters, conflicts, and pandemics, highlighting that mental health care is a lifeline and essential for recovery and resilience.

When clients form a group, Greenbranch teaches breathing and meditation techniques, as well as coping skills, which are beneficial to their recovery.
