Firstbranch supports Police Unity Tour and Law Enforcement United Inc. events aimed to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers killed in the line of duty. Events are centered in and include the Candlelight Vigil hosted by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, the Concerns of Police Survivors, National Survivors Conference, and the Fraternal Order of Police National Peace Officers Memorial Service on May 15 at the .

Team Greenbranch attended the New Jersey Employee Assistance Professional Association (NJEAPA) Annual Award Ceremony to celebrate the incredible leaders in addiction treatment and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Greenbranch Recovery's Director of Business Development, Michael DiMarco who is also the Chapter Secretary of NJ EAPA and 2021 Winner & Chair of the Riley Regan Addiction Professional of the Year award honored Annmarie Szuminski as the Riley W. Regan Addiction Professional of the Year.

The winner of the EAP Professional of the year for the NJ Chapter was Kelly Ann Smith LCSW, MSW, MPP, who is an EAP and Student Counselor and Adjunct Professor at the Rutgers School of Social Work. Attendees included Barbara Randall, Ex-president NJEAPA & Retired Director of EAP at Rutgers University, Ben Goldman, MBA and Don Hebert. Congratulations to all of the honorees for their dedication and leadership!

Our Resilience and Wellness Consultant at Greenbranch Recovery & Wellness, Lynn Recchuiti, presented at the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA) Conference today. The 27th Annual NJEPA Conference for the first responder and emergency management community in New Jersey is being held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

Lynn, a Master Resiliency Trainer, transitioned to resiliency and training after her law enforcement career. In her current career as a clinician, shepresented on resilience in the context of emergency preparedness, recognizing the impact of stress and trauma on responders, applying practical tools and strategies to strengthen personal resilience, and exploring team-based approaches to maintaining resilience during crises. Attendees received Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Eric Nilson, our First Responder and VA Specialist, and Marlon Friedman, External Marketing Outreach Liaison are also attending the conference and connecting with fellow sponsors and exhibitors. Greenbranch offers specialized addiction treatment programs for Emergency Responders and police officers in New Jersey. Our partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and general outpatient programs provide education, medical care and mental health services administration that encourage healthy lives and better relationships with our clients' families.

The Military Resource Event raises awareness about military opportunities and support for all military-affiliated community members.
