Our onsite event team showed up and delivered runners READY for the streets of Philadelphia 🔥

From first-timers to seasoned athletes chasing PRs, it was all about making sure your body was just as prepared as your mindset. Our booth at the expo was nonstop on day 2 — helping runners reset with mobility work, muscle prep, and recovery so they could feel their best on race day 💪

Honored and grateful for the opportunity to volunteer for the first time at Night to Shine as a massage therapist ✨

I had the privilege of serving alongside a team of therapists, offering care to the caregivers — the ones who pour out endlessly, day after day, often without pause or recognition. Being able to give back to those who give so much was truly humbling.

Not only did I get to serve, but I also got to make new friends who share the same heart for helping others. What a blessing to connect, collaborate, and care together.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your time, your stories, and your well-deserved moments of relief.

Serving the servants… and my heart is full. 🙏

2025, what a year. 🙏

As I look back, my heart is full of gratitude. To every athlete who trusted me with their body, recovery, and performance—thank you. To the fellow vendors who showed up alongside me and became friends and collaborators—you’ve made this journey better in every way.

Thank you to the race directors who trusted me to provide sports massage services at your events, the clients who consistently walk through my office doors, and the business owners who opened their spaces for on-site wellness experiences. I’m grateful to the schools that chose me as a continuing education provider and believed in the value of hands-on learning.

To my incredible staff and team who support me at larger events—this wouldn’t be possible without you. To my family, thank you for the constant support, patience, and encouragement behind the scenes. And above all, thank you to God, who continues to provide, guide, and carry me even in moments of doubt.

I’m looking forward to continuing to serve, support, and collaborate with all of you into 2026. Let’s keep building, healing, and growing together. 💪✨

💪 Rain or shine, we showed up! 🌧️

Our team was out at the half marathon this weekend providing sports massage and assisted stretching to help runners recover and recharge. Even with the rain coming down, we made it happen — working hard, having fun, and turning it into an awesome bonding day with the guys.

Nothing better than doing what we love: helping athletes feel their best while pushing through the elements together. 🏃‍♂️💆‍♂️

We showed up and did our thing helping runners get race-ready with sports massage and assisted stretching. The teamwork from our talented crew made it even better. 💥
