Drumming at the eye yesterday. The horses came so close that they touched us. One tried to steal my shoe. 😂

We did not touch the wild horses. They came into the space we were sitting in and we sat still as they explored around us.

I wish the horses weren't this comfortable with people, but at the same time we didn't want to spook them by trying to get them to back up. To keep them wild and free we've got to keep our distance in the future.

I'm so excited to announce classes for January 2026, every Saturdays at Essential Evolution.

The new year is all about making time for you. After the bustle of the holidays it's time to prioritize yourself. These classes are all about taking time for you, slowing down, creating art, and having fun with a small group of like minded people.

Class size is limited to 12. Get your tickets before they are gone (Acroyoga Class limit is 20).

I have had the best Christmas ever and I hope you have too!

My bus (home) caught 🔥 fire in late September. I have been in and out of the hospital and on oxygen for months.

I struggled with depression due to my health problems and the loss of freedom resulting from it. But then I decided to take my health into my own hands.

I researched and did herbal remedies along with the meds and I exercised. I changed my diet to the anti inflammatory diet. I used law of attraction along with drums & meditation to envision the healing of my lungs. I felt grateful for the healing before it ever happened. And it WORKED!

I'm now oxygen free and I'm moving back into my bus for Christmas! I've got my health, my freedom, and I'm happy.

Any friends near Ehrenberg AZ, if you are willing to go look for these two birds and keep an eye out for any (pet) pigeons at a place called River Lagoon, I'd very much appreciate it. 💜 🐔 🐓 🐦 💜

My friend just moved there and has suddenly passed. She was a rescuer and these animals were her pets. She gave me a place to live when I was building my bus. This woman helped people and animals her whole life. Now it's our turn to protect what she held near and dear to her heart.

I'm being told that her birds were "set free". She had Ollie and Olivia (pictured here) and several pet pigeons who were disabled.

If you see them, please capture them and hold onto them and we will come get them.
