The 354th Medical Group provides outpatient primary healthcare under the TRICARE program for all eligible beneficiaries living in the Eielson area. In addition, a collocated dental clinic provides general dental care

for all active-duty military members. Bassett Army Community Hospital on Fort Wainwright serves as the Eielson clinic's primary referral source for specialty and inpatient care.

The 354th Medical Group is experiencing ongoing telephone system connectivity issues. Members with non-local numbers may not be able to reach the Medical Group Appointment Line and other listed numbers. Additionally, the Medical Group cannot consistently make outgoing calls to non-local numbers. The 354th Communications Squadron is actively working on a resolution.



Please use the MHS Genesis Patient Portal, call from a local number, or visit the Centralized Primary Care Front Desk at the clinic to message providers or schedule appointments.
