DAYOUT is a COMMUNITY BASED ADULT SERVICE
Designed to maintain or improve current level of functioning in individuals with chronic medical conditions or who are physically impaired. We have Registered Nurses and Social Workers, who along with a multi-disciplinary team of licensed staff provide for the following services:
Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Services, Clinical Psychology
Speech Therapy, Nursing Services, Respite Services and Socialization. We also have an interactive Activities Program designed to trigger our participants' creativity and to improve their socialization skills. Hot meals are provided for breakfast and lunch along with a healthy snack. DAYOUT also has a special Alzheimer’s unit for individuals who require more care due to confusion and wandering. Patients must be at our center for 4hrs, which should be completed between 7:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday – Friday. Transportation is provided to and from center at no cost to the patient. This is an excellent program for those families who are looking for additional assistance in caring for their loved ones or patients suffering from Depression or loneliness. We provide diaper changes and assistance with all ADL’S. We accept G-tube patients and total feeders at our center. DayOut, El Centro has an opening for a full time Therapy Aide. Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Qualifications must be bilingual, have computer entry experience and must know how to take vital signs. Please apply in person at 757 W. Main Street El Centro from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm M-F.
