Help your body feel good between your appointments with me 🤍
✨Wearing compression socks is a great way to care for your body and it’s so low effort. ( pro-tip: Put them in as soon as you wake up. )
✨Drink warm tea something soothing like chamomile, peppermint tea. (Helps digestion, bloating.)
✨A little bit of castor oil goes a long way. (Helps with digestion, and skin appearance)
✨Vibration plates get everything moving and flowing! (You don’t need to get one but if you have access to to one use it!)

I know some of you girlies like to run toward a red flag 😂 but these are some red flags to look out for with massage therapists.

🚩Promises to fix you. Massage can aid in healing but it’s not guaranteed to in the first and only treatment.
🚩A therapist doesn’t address the area you specifically requested worked on!
🚩When your comfort & peace aren’t a priority. You should always be comfortable and feel safe.
🚩Excessive pain during a massage. You should never be in too much pain!
🚩Therapist doesn’t suggest a next appointment.

There’s many many more red flags but these are pretty standard.
