RCFE Volunteers Wanted: We are looking for a couple of Activities Volunteers who may offer a variety of activities to our residents to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being. By understanding the expectations and responsibilities, volunteers can ensure that they are able to contribute effectively and have a positive and fulfilling experience.

Qualification Guidelines:
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be over 16 years old
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Creating a safe, effective environment
• Motivating others

Rose Crest Assisted Living is looking for a few volunteers to join our team. Volunteers may offer a variety of activities to our residents to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being. Volunteers can ensure that they are able to contribute effectively and have a positive and fulfilling experience. Students needing credit hours for Nursing, CNA, MA, EMT or other health related programs are welcome. Our volunteers work 2-3 hours a few days per week not to exceed 16hrs/week as long as they need to complete their credits.
