New to yoga or ready to refine your foundation? Learn the basics of Power Vinyasa, alignment, breath, and how to connect movement into a flow. Includes Q&A, hands-on demos, and modifications for every body.
Second Sunday of every month | 2:00–4:00pm

February 14 | Valentine’s Day Sound Bath w/ Melissa Maddern
A candlelit sound bath designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Begin with a gentle guided meditation, then settle into a nourishing sound journey with crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and gong. Open to couples, friends, or solo guests.

February 28 | Arm Balance & Inversion Exploration w/ Shanna Farnsworth
Build strength, courage, and playfulness as you explore arm balances and inversions step-by-step in a supportive environment. Less about “being strong” and more about learning the foundations that make these poses possible.

March 1–31 | TRANSFORM: 30 Day Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga Challenge
