A summer experience designed for your mini yogi.

I Shine Kids Yoga Camp blends movement, mindfulness, music, creativity, and play to help children build confidence, connection, and emotional awareness in a fun and supportive space.

Through yoga, breathwork, games, and hands-on activities, kids will learn tools to feel strong in body, calm in mind, and bright in spirit.

Slow down, soften, and give yourself space to truly rest.

Join Kailey Herron for Yin & Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with grounding Yin postures to gently open the body, followed by Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” to support rest on every level.
