☕ Here’s a healthier PSL recipe 😋
It just feels good to have a warm mug in your hands…
But the usual suspects this time of year are usually loaded up with sugar, syrups, and ingredients that leave your blood sugar on a roller coaster…
Yes, I’m looking at you, drive-thru Pumpkin Spice Latte, aka “PSL.” 👀
You’re in for a treat today, because I’ve got a new recipe that’s just as delicious (and without the dairy), has just enough spice, and that will actually support your body and goals.
It’s also a great recipe to help nourish your adrenals and give your nervous system a breather. 🧘♀️
Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte(Serves 1)
-¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond or coconut milk
-¼ cup (60 ml) brewed coffee or espresso
-2 tbsp pumpkin purée (canned)
-½ tsp cinnamon¼ tsp ground ginger
-¼ tsp turmeric (optional for extra anti-inflammatory boost)
-1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (or to taste)
-1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil (optional)
-Pinch of sea salt

Warm the milk, pumpkin, and spices in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don’t let it boil.
Once warm, pour into a blender with coffee, oil, sweetener, and any optional add-ins. Carefully blend until creamy and frothy (about 20–30 seconds).
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Want a caffeine-free version? Swap the coffee for dandelion or chicory root tea.
