✨ What’s Your Word for 2026? ✨

As we step into a brand-new year, I want to invite you to pause before rushing into goals, plans, or resolutions.

One of my favorite January rituals is choosing a “Word of the Year.”

Not a to-do list.
Not a rigid plan.
A direction.

Think of it as your North Star for 2026—a word or phrase that gently guides how you want to feel, live, and take care of yourself this year.

Some words I hear often:
✨ Strength
✨ Focus
✨ Resilient
✨ Committed
✨ Empowered
✨ Purpose

There’s no right or wrong choice—only what resonates with you.

Here’s a simple challenge for today:
1️⃣ Choose your word (or phrase, or verse) for 2026
2️⃣ Make it visible—mirror, phone background, journal
3️⃣ Use it as a reset point when life gets busy

My word for 2026 is EASE.
Not doing less—but doing what matters with less stress, less force, and more presence.

💬 I’d love to hear yours. Drop your word in the comments or send me a message.

And if you’re ready to turn intention into action—with support, structure, and a plan that fits real life—stay tuned. I’ll be sharing a few simple ways to do exactly that.

Let’s make 2026 intentional.

Word of the Week: INTENTIONAL

Wednesday is New Year’s Eve.
It’s been a great holiday season—and it’s not quite over yet.

For me, this season has looked a little different than most. My goal hasn’t been fat loss or tightening things up. It’s been intentional weight gain—specifically muscle.

Over the last few months, I’ve gained about 10 lbs by:

-Eating more (on purpose)

-Prioritizing protein

-Lifting heavier

-Staying consistent with training

-Adding support from peptides like Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin (often stacked with a GLP-1 to help spare muscle)

Come January, like many, I’ll dial things in a bit more.
But right now, I’m not “off track.”

I’m being intentional.

Intentional > Perfect > Extreme

Perfect leads to burnout.
Extreme leads to rebound.
Intentional leads to consistency.

Here’s what intentional deviation looks like for me during this season:

-I deviate at most once per day

-I start my day with a protein-focused breakfast

-I eat every 3–4 hours

-I limit carbs and added sugar at night

-I shut down eating 2–3 hours before bed

-If I eat late, it’s protein and fat

-I start my day with water, electrolytes, and creatine

-I train Monday–Friday (mobility, core, functional strength)

-I try to get morning sunlight

-I haven’t been walking daily like I should—and I own that

-I avoid unhealthy leftovers so I don’t keep assaulting my body

-I limit added sugars, and if I drink, it’s usually vodka or tequila

-I avoid gluten, packaged foods, and most dairy
(exceptions: raw cheese and some organic yogurt)

No guilt.
No punishment.
No extremes.

Just intention.

Enjoy the rest of the holidays.
Make good choices.
Deviate if you want—but do it intentionally.

January will be there when you’re ready.

✨ January Support
My next Metabolic Edge System (MES) group starts January 19.
If you want structure, accountability, and a clear plan, message me MES. If you want something a bit simpler, consider a 14 or 21 Day Detox. Let’s set up a time to talk more.

Word of the week: Remember

As Christmas approaches and the year comes to a close, this week is a reminder to slow down and reflect.

It’s easy to get caught up in the noise, the buying, the pressure, and everything we didn’t accomplish this year. But Christmas invites us to remember the reason for the season and the gifts we’ve already been given.

Health.
Family.
Friendships.
Lessons learned.
Growth — even when it was hard.
Grace when we fell short.

This week, I’m choosing to remember — not what’s missing, but what’s already been given.

For me, the greatest gift is Jesus.
I didn’t earn it. I don’t deserve it. And I couldn’t buy it.
It’s grace — freely given — and it continues to shape how I live, love, and show up each day.

Whether you share my faith or not, my hope for you this week is the same:
Slow down. Reflect. Give thanks.

Reflection question:
👉 What are 3 gifts you’ve already received this year?

Wishing you peace, perspective, and gratitude this Christmas week. 🎄✨

🧠 Recent News About “Research-Only” Peptides — Here’s What Matters

You may start hearing more discussion about “research-use-only” peptides and injectable products being restricted or removed.

If this is new to you, you’re not alone.

Here’s the key distinction that often gets missed 👇

There is an important difference between:
• products sold online as “research-use-only”
• and physician-prescribed therapies provided through licensed pharmacies

“Research-use-only” products were never intended for human use, yet many were marketed and used that way.

That lack of oversight is where problems arise.

What does matter — and what remains appropriate — is working inside the medical system:
✔ evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider
✔ prescriptions written by clinicians
✔ medications dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies
✔ appropriate monitoring and follow-up

As a coach, my role is education, lifestyle support, and accountability — not prescribing or diagnosing.

When clients I work with have questions about medical therapies, I refer them to a licensed telehealth medical team that partners with 503A compounding pharmacies and uses pharmaceutical-grade products only.

All medical decisions, prescribing, and care are handled entirely by that clinical team.

Clarity matters more than ever.

Doing things the right way has always been the priority.

Education over fear.

Responsible care over shortcuts.

Word of the Week: COMMUNITY

This week at church, one word really stood out to me: Community.

And it hit home.

I’ve learned this lesson the hard way — more than once.
Every time I try to do life on my own…
Every time I isolate, carry everything myself, or try to “power through”…
I burn out.

We are not wired to do life alone.

There’s a quote by Jim Rohn that says:

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

That’s true for our faith, our health, our mindset, our habits, and our energy.

When I surround myself with the right people — people who support me, ground me, challenge me, pray with me, and remind me who I am — everything changes.

My energy becomes more sustainable.
My stress lowers.
My faith deepens.
My decisions become clearer.
My health improves.

The opposite is also true.

Isolation creates overwhelm.
Isolation increases stress.
Isolation disconnects us from God, gratitude, and our bodies.

This time of year makes isolation easy. Everyone is busy. Routines are off. Life feels heavy. It’s tempting to retreat inward and try to handle everything alone.

But that’s not how we’re meant to live.

COMMUNITY matters.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or like you’ve been carrying too much by yourself, this is your reminder:
👉 You don’t have to do this alone.
👉 You were never meant to.

If this resonates and you need support, connection, or guidance right now, reach out.
Let’s talk. Let’s connect. Let’s find a way forward together.

I don’t have unlimited time — but I do believe we’ll find a way.

Comment or message me COMMUNITY.

P.S. Our coaching community typically fills quickly in January, and I limit how many people we bring in so we can support everyone well.
If you’ve been considering working with us — or gifting support to yourself or someone you love — you can lock in your space now and start with us the first week of January.

No pressure. Just an invitation.

Word of the Week: RECONNECT

I’ll be honest — since the beginning of November, I’ve been sprinting from one thing to the next.
My ideal AM and PM rituals slipped.
My grounding slipped.
And when that happens, I start living from my head instead of my heart.
That never ends well for me.

I realized this week that I’ve been putting God last instead of first… and every time I do that, life feels heavier.
But when I reconnect — truly reconnect — things shift.
My energy changes.
My focus sharpens.
My stress lightens.
I operate from a place of love instead of pressure.

This morning I paused, reflected on my week, and wrote down what I’m grateful for. Gratitude has been one of the strongest tools in my life. Back in 2009, when everything fell apart and I hit rock bottom, gratitude and my conversations with God were what pulled me out of a dark season. That was also the year I became a Christian.

Thankfully, God has never stopped meeting me where I am — even when I forget to meet Him.

After Thanksgiving, travel, disrupted sleep, disrupted food, disrupted routines… many of us feel “off.”
It’s normal.
Which is exactly why our Word of the Week is:

RECONNECT.

Reconnecting doesn’t mean starting over.
It means coming back home to the things that support you:

✨ Reconnect to God
✨ Reconnect to gratitude
✨ Reconnect to your rituals
✨ Reconnect to quiet
✨ Reconnect to your body
✨ Reconnect to what matters

If life has felt like a treadmill that won’t stop — this is your reminder to breathe and reconnect.

If you can relate to this and you need support getting grounded again, let’s have a call.
I don’t have a lot of time, but we will find a way.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Comment RECONNECT and I’ll reach out.

📢 NEW RESEARCH UPDATE (2025): What Really Happens When Someone Stops GLP-1 Medications?

A new 2025 Medscape review by Dr. Perry Wilson, MD, MSCE — a Yale-trained physician, epidemiologist, and one of the most respected evidence-based medical communicators in the U.S. — breaks down what the body naturally does after discontinuing GLP-1 medications.

Here’s the core message:

👉 The medication stops… but biology does not.

According to the review, several normal physiological shifts occur once a GLP-1 is discontinued:

• Hunger signals ramp back up
• Cravings increase
• Satiety hormones decrease
• Metabolism drops if muscle was lost during weight loss
• The body naturally attempts to regain some of the lost weight
• Blood sugar and inflammatory markers may trend back toward baseline

This isn’t “regression.”
It’s human physiology doing what it’s designed to do.

🔍 The real challenge isn’t stopping the medication —

It’s what was (or wasn’t) built in the foundation.

To maintain long-term results, we need deeper insight into each person’s biology:

✔ food sensitivities
✔ GI microbiome
✔ digestive function
✔ genetics & metabolism
✔ nutrient deficiencies
✔ toxin burden
✔ stress hormone patterns
✔ blood sugar trends
✔ muscle mass & protein intake
✔ sleep, recovery, and nervous system balance

🔥 And in 2025, we can measure ALL of this.
We no longer have to guess what your body needs to lose weight, feel strong, and stay healthy.
These tests are powerful — yet rarely used in traditional doctor visits.

This is where the real breakthroughs happen.
This is how we personalize the roadmap instead of following one-size-fits-all advice.

If you want a long-term, personalized approach that supports metabolism, muscle, digestion, hormones, and sustainable results — with or without medications — comment “EDGE” or send me a private message.

I’ll share how the Metabolic Edge System works and how we use advanced testing to tailor your plan for 2025.

You’ve heard the phrase “Your body keeps score.”

Most people use it when talking about stress or trauma… but here’s what often gets missed:

👉 Your body also keeps score of the GOOD things you do for it.

It notices when you…
💧 drink water before noon
😴 go to bed 30 minutes earlier
🚶 take a walk after a meal
💪 loosen up your joints between meetings
🧘 take 3 slow breaths before your next task

None of these feel life-changing in the moment…

But stack them together, and they turn into:
✔ better energy
✔ better digestion
✔ less bloating
✔ better blood sugar control
✔ better sleep
✔ stronger workouts
✔ fewer “off” days

I call these Daily Deposits — tiny actions that create BIG results when you’re 45+ and dealing with hormones, stress, inflammation, and real life.

You don’t need a huge overhaul.
You just need one small, repeatable win to shift momentum.

So here’s your check-in:

👉 What’s ONE Daily Deposit you can commit to today?
💧 Extra water
🚶 10-minute walk
🍳 Protein-first breakfast
🧘 3 minutes of breathing
🙏 A moment of gratitude
😴 A better bedtime

Drop it below or send it to me — I’d love to help you build on it.

Big changes start with small deposits. End of story.
