Community Springs Healthcare Facility is a 105-bed long-term care facility located in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. CSHCF has amenities including: Private and semi-private rooms with TV and cable hook ups; memory care wing for individuals with dementia; one spa-like room with side-entry jetted tub and private showers; inpatient or outpatient physical, speech and occupational therapy; courtyard; full-service salon; dining room with individualized meal planning; family areas for spending time with loved ones; daily planned activities; laundry services; bird aviary; 24-hour security system; and Wi-Fi.

The staff at Community Springs provides health care to those individuals requiring independent living, skilled nursing, or dementia care. We have on-site physical, speech and occupational therapy for our residents, as well as lovely outdoor scenes as captured in our cover photo.
