We are excited to introduce and celebrate Sarah New, our CRC Nurse—and RN graduate! 🎓🩺

To help everyone get to know Sarah a little better, we asked her a few fun and meaningful questions:

💙 What inspired you to become a nurse?
— I enjoy taking care of people and wanted a career i could be proud of while setting a good example for my daughter.

💙 What has been the most rewarding part of your nursing journey so far?
— The most rewarding part is knowing that I've positively impacted patients and supported family's and the bonds we've made along the way.

💙 Who has been your biggest supporter during your journey?
— My parents, sisters, and friends have been pulling for me from day one and I couldn't have done this without them. Also my 8 year old daughter (depending on her mood that day 😂).

💙 What are you most excited for in your new CRC role?
— I'm excited to learn about how everything ties together and to be a part of a team focused on improving quality patient care.

Our building was filled with the most joyful holiday spirit as the BCCC Show Band joined us for a special Christmas performance! Our residents absolutely loved it, and your talent brought our Jazz Club community to life in the best way.
