Happy Social Services Month to our wonderful social service director Tristal Thrower. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment for 12 years in our facility as out social services director. She has been a licensed social worker for 15 years and has her master’s degree.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 — a time to pause and offer gratitude for the quiet warriors who walk alongside the vulnerable, the weary, and the forgotten.
In healthcare all our team members are assisted by these heroes. Social workers are the ones who ask the question that is so important: "How are you 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 doing?"
They are the bridge between a diagnosis and a life. They carry the stories, the fears, and the burdens of their patients — and they do it with grace.
𝐀𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐬, 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐱𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.
