WOW!!!! We had an amazing day out at HOPE Landing, Inc. today! 🎣☀️

Our residents had an absolute blast—reeling in fish, enjoying the outdoors, and making sweet memories together. We even got to spend time petting the horses 🐴 and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

To top it all off, we shared a wonderful picnic lunch that made the day even more special.

Mr. Modi came to Courtyard Health and Rehabilitation needing skilled rehab after experiencing weakness and an infection that made it difficult for him to care for himself. With the support of our dedicated therapy team, he worked hard on strengthening, balance, endurance, and daily living skills.

Today, Mr. Modi is able to return home with his sister and get back to doing the things he was able to do before. When asked about his experience, he shared, “They were all very supportive and very nice. They got me back to doing what I was able to do before and I am so happy!”
