Mr. Modi came to Courtyard Health and Rehabilitation needing skilled rehab after experiencing weakness and an infection that made it difficult for him to care for himself. With the support of our dedicated therapy team, he worked hard on strengthening, balance, endurance, and daily living skills.

Today, Mr. Modi is able to return home with his sister and get back to doing the things he was able to do before. When asked about his experience, he shared, “They were all very supportive and very nice. They got me back to doing what I was able to do before and I am so happy!”

Mardi Gras was a success!!! We definitely had fun today…watching our residents smile and join in was everything❤️ Thanks everyone who took the time out to make today EXACTLY what it needed to be🥰 Pancake social, Mardi Gras parade, King cake (Debbie’s version🤪) Mardi Gras crack candy, and bingo🥳 Today was a great day😏

We are saddened to share that our dear resident, Barbara Watson, passed away peacefully. She will be deeply missed, and we are grateful to her family for trusting us with her care and allowing us to become part of her extended family. We will deeply miss her but find peace in knowing she is with Paps again 🪽 Please pray for peace for the family.

We had the BEST time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Courtyard Rehab & Health! ❤️💕

Our Valentine’s Day party was filled with laughter, love, and so much fun. We enjoyed delicious finger foods, great company, and wonderful entertainment. A huge thank you to Andy for coming to sing and play both the guitar and piano for us — he truly made the day extra special! 🎶🎸🎹

One of the highlights of the celebration was announcing our Valentine’s King and Queen! 👑 After nominations and voting by employees and fellow residents throughout January and February, we are proud to announce:

👑 King: Barry Hall, also known as “Doc”
👑 Queen: Joan Purdue

These two were chosen by those who know and love them most, which makes this honor even more meaningful. Congratulations to our King and Queen!
