We're excited to highlight one of our shining stars, Robin Fischetti, who has been a dedicated CNA/CRA at LakePoint for an incredible 27 years! Following in the footsteps of her amazing mom, who retired last year after 32 years with us, Robin continues the legacy of compassionate care. 🙌💖

Robin is always ready to step up and help wherever and whenever needed. Our residents adore her and know they are in the best hands with her care. Robin’s dedication and kindness make a huge difference in our community!

When she's not with us, Robin loves spending time with her daughter Morgan and her three wonderful grandkids. Family is everything to her, both at work and at home. 👩‍👧‍👦❤️

🎉🎉 It's CNA Week at LakePoint El Dorado, and we're celebrating our incredible team! Today, we want to give a special shoutout to Jaimee Heusner, who's been with us for over 8 amazing years as a CNA. Last year, she took over as the World's BEST Transport Aid, and let us tell you, she goes above and beyond Every. Single. Day. 🌟

Jaimee comes in early, stays late, and is always ready to transport our residents on weekends and nights when needed – all with a smile and a positive attitude! Her dedication and passion are truly inspiring.

When she's not here making a difference, Jaimee loves spending her free time with her son and grandson. Thank you, Jaimee, for everything you do! We appreciate you more than words can express. ❤️

Today, we shine the spotlight on our amazing Shannon Requena! 🌟 With over 30 years of experience as a CNA and a year and a half dedicated to LakePoint, Shannon recently achieved her CMA, adding even more skills to her exceptional caregiving.

Shannon is known for her strong bonds with our residents and being their fiercest advocate. She's not just a hero at work, but also a supermom to four kids and an incredible grandma to twin two-year-old boys. She recently welcomed another set of twin grandsons into her loving family. 👶👶👶👶

Congratulations to Bea Moore on 40 years of service at LakePoint El Dorado! The team surprised her by inviting some of her family to come celebrate with us.

Bea is our Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor. She has the BEST attitude and is always smiling. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sisters. Bea is also involved with volunteering at her church.

Bea and her team keep our building fresh and clean. She decorates beautifully for each season/holiday - especially Christmas!
