Our Story

Providing convenient walk-in medical care to South Arkansas. We see all ages!! Dr. Jerry Grant established this Family Medical Walk-In Clinic in 1998. Two healthcare providers are available, Jerry H. Grant, M.D. and Gianna M. Grant, APN. Jerry H. Grant, M.D. is a Family Physician Gianna M. Grant, APN is a Family Nurse Practitioner Dr. Jerry Grant is a physician specialized in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma, then completed his Family Medicine Residency at AHEC-South Arkansas. His mission was to establish a Family Medicine Walk-In Clinic that would serve a wide range of patients. The clinic was established in 1998. In 2004, Gianna Grant, APN joined the medical clinic as the Family Nurse Practitioner. Gianna Grant, APN earned her Associates Degree of Nursing Science at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. She then graduated with a Master's Degree in Nursing Science with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UAMS. Gianna earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2015. The clinic of Jerry H. Grant, MD, PA, provides medical care to all different age groups. We welcome you and your family to visit our clinic for your healthcare needs.
