"Om Shanti", il mantra sanscrito che significa "pace".
"Om" รจ considerato il suono primordiale dell'universo, mentre "Shanti" significa pace, tranquillitร  o quiete.
La ripetizione di "Shanti" tre volte (Om Shanti Shanti Shanti) รจ un'invocazione alla pace in tre regni: interiore, fisico e divino.

YOGIC EXERCISES & TYPICAL
EXERCISESโ—๏ธ

๐Ÿ”นTypical physical exercises involve movements which can be repetitive, rapid and tiring. These help strengthen voluntary muscles, making them well shaped and healthy. However, a lot of strength and energy are needed to execute these.
The vigorous movements stimulate the secretion of adrenaline and can build up lactic acid in the muscles, resulting in fatigue.

๐ŸŒ€Yogic exercises, (in various yoga practices), on the other hand, can involve less movement and are done in a non-repetitive, slow and gentle manner.
๐Ÿง˜The yoga posture (asana) is a static exercise done with regulated breathing, designed to develop a state of relaxation and aiding to strengthen the internal organs. Less energy and strength are required to perform these.
โ˜ฏ๏ธ The calming nature of such exercises do not cause significant fatigue.
Pranayama is also practiced in a still meditative pose with no movement at all. Mudras and bandhas. are also yogic practices done with minimum muscle contractions. ๐Ÿชท
