In Arizona’s extreme summer heat, hydration isn’t optional—it’s essential. 💦 The CDC advises drinking plenty of fluids, even if you don’t feel thirsty, to prevent heat-related illnesses.
Early signs of dehydration include muscle cramps, fatigue, and dark-colored urine. Don’t wait for symptoms—start hydrating early in the day.
If you or someone else shows signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke, such as confusion, fainting, or rapid heartbeat, seek emergency medical care immediately. 🏥
