We’re Hiring! Eastside Family Care Center in El Paso is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant and a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our caring healthcare family!
Medical Assistant: Help support our providers by performing patient intake (taking vital signs, height/weight, vision & hearing screenings) and gathering medical histories.
Assist with preparing patients for procedures and collecting specimen samples.
Provide wound care, administer injections, schedule follow‑up tests, and keep equipment clean.
You’ll also answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, update records, and help patients with paperwork.
Front Desk Receptionist: Be the warm first point of contact at our clinic! Greet patients, answer calls/emails, set up appointments, verify insurance, and gather patient information.
Manage records, input data into our electronic health system, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication and organization skills and prior medical-office experience are a plus.
