Zahra International Doula

Zahra International Doula (Beautiful Birthing Precious Beginnings) I'm a birth Doula working towards my DONA International certification. There should be support for every woman.

I'm a birth Doula working towards my DONA International certification. My role is one who nurtures and protects a woman's memory of her birth experience. By understanding the physiology of birth and the emotional needs of a woman in labor, i am able to assist the woman and her partner in preparing for and carrying out their plans for the birth. A Doula provides emotional support, physical comfort measures, an objective viewpoint, and assistance to the woman in getting the information she needs to make good decisions for her birth, and stays by the side of the laboring woman throughout the entire labor.

A phone call.....
A text if you can't get the words out....
Or even have your spouse or best friend let me know.
Just know you don't have to do this alone!

Wow so incredible

Look at this amazing twin cord! I am in awe of how intricate the umbilical cord is and how it can withstand true knots like this. Due to what is called Wharton's Jelly, in most cases, the cord can get a knot and still be able to provide oxygen and nutrients to the developing baby. So cool.
