No es solo “abrir y sacar al bebé”…
es atravesar ocho barreras por la vida.

Esta imagen revela lo que los ojos no siempre ven:
una cesárea no es solo un procedimiento,
es una travesía anatómica.
Un acto quirúrgico que requiere técnica milimétrica, conocimiento profundo y un respeto absoluto por la vida.

1. Piel

La primera línea.
Ahí donde se posa la cicatriz visible… pero comienza una historia invisible.

2. Grasa subcutánea

Una capa delicada que se diseca con precisión, evitando sangrados innecesarios.

3. Fascia

La coraza fibrosa que protege a los músculos abdominales. Cortarla es un paso clave… y definitivo.

4. Músculo

No se corta. Se respeta.
Se separa con delicadeza para mantener su fuerza intacta.

5. Peritoneo parietal

Una membrana casi etérea, que marca la entrada a la cavidad donde habita el milagro.

6. Peritoneo visceral

Pegado al útero.
Fino, pero crucial.
Su apertura requiere la mayor destreza.

7. Útero (miometrio)

La muralla más fuerte.
Una incisión aquí permite lo que todos esperan: el nacimiento.

8. S**o amniótico

El santuario líquido del bebé.
Romperlo no es un gesto técnico,
es abrir la puerta a una nueva vida.

Luego, el camino se recorre en reversa.
Una reconstrucción paciente, capa por capa…
como quien recompone una obra de arte.

Porque una cesárea no es un atajo.
Es una cirugía mayor.
Es ciencia, humanidad y precisión.
Es otra forma —igual de poderosa, igual de válida— de llegar al mundo.

Y eso también merece ser contado.

Si naciste por parto, por ese huequito saliste

Lo que ves aquí es el cuello del útero, y más específicamente, el orificio cervical externo:
el punto exacto por donde millones de personas han nacido a través del parto va**nal.

Esa diminuta abertura, normalmente cerrada y apenas perceptible, tiene la capacidad de dilatarse hasta 10 centímetros durante el trabajo de parto para permitir el paso de un ser humano al mundo.

Pero el cuello uterino no solo participa en el nacimiento.

Cumple funciones clave todos los días:

- Regula el paso de es***matozoides mediante el moco cervical.

- Actúa como barrera inmunológica.

- Es parte del diagnóstico y prevención del cáncer de cuello uterino (Papanicolaou, colposcopia).

- Juega un rol esencial en la fertilidad, el embarazo y la menstruación.

Este pequeño orificio ha sido la puerta de entrada a la vida para la mayoría de nosotros.

Un lugar humilde, silencioso… pero increíblemente poderoso.

An elephant and a dog became pregnant at the same time. Three months later, the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months after that, she was pregnant again, and nine months later, she gave birth to another dozen puppies. This pattern continued for some time.

Eighteen months later, the dog approached the elephant and asked, "Are you sure you're pregnant? We conceived on the same day. I've already given birth to a dozen puppies three times, and you're still expecting! What's going on?"

The elephant calmly replied, “There’s something important I need you to understand. What I carry isn’t a puppy; it’s an elephant. I only give birth once every two years, but when my baby touches the earth, the world will feel it. When it crosses a street, people will stop and stare in awe. What I carry is powerful and majestic."

She continued, “Don’t lose faith. When you see others receiving their rewards quickly, don’t feel jealous if yours hasn’t come yet. Don’t despair. Instead, remind yourself, 'My time is coming. And when it does, people will be amazed.'"

MORAL:
God’s timing is perfect. Everything comes when it is meant to—never too soon, never too late, but always at the right moment.

La sangre menstrual no es la misma sangre que corre por nuestras venas, tiene una composición diferente.

La sangre menstrual está formada por: 🩸

Agua, 1/3 del endometrio (la pared que recubre el útero y que se desprende durante la menstruación), los otros 2/3 son reabsorbidos por el cuerpo, Sangre, Mucosa o flujo cervical, Ácido Ribo Nucleico (ARN), es un ácido presente en diversas células, necesario para la actividad y el desarrollo celular. El riñón es el encargado de almacenar este ácido así como de atraerlo hacia el útero y nutrir el endometrio del útero para poder crear, si así lo deseamos, una nueva vida en él, Lípidos, proteínas, hormonas y…. ¡Células Madre!

En concreto: Células Madre Estromales (MenSCs), con gran capacidad de regeneración y con la capacidad de convertirse en distintos tipos de tejidos óseos o musculares.

Y es que nos han contado siempre de que es sucia, mal oliente y un desecho que no sirve para nada… y no es cierto.

Todas las mujeres, nacen con este maravilloso órgano, y muchas de ustedes, jamás lo habían visto en realidad. Su tamaño normal es de unos siete centímetros de largo y cinco centímetros de ancho. Este órgano, se expande más de cien veces para albergar un feto. Puede soportar hasta ciento cincuenta veces su propio peso. Es el único órgano capaz de crear otro órgano que es la Placenta. Está conectado a ti. Si tú te estresas, él se estresa, si tú te relajas, él se relaja. En ese mismo órgano, se comparte la vida, pues hay mujeres que con ése órgano, dieron vida hasta a quince hijos. En la actualidad, dan vida a uno, dos o tres hijos, pero está capacitado para formar a más de veinte vidas. Es el segundo corazón de una madre, pues ahí forma los corazones de sus hijos.

It’s not just about the fastest, the egg repels and chooses the chosen s***m!

Human reproduction is commonly portrayed as a gigantic marathon swimming event in which the fastest, fittest s***m wins the race and prize of fertilising the egg. Yet another male dominated fantasy about the creation of life. The notion that human s***m once ej******ed, begin a frantic race to reach the egg has completely overshadowed the real story of reproduction.

A 2020 study revealed that in fact there is a communication system between the EGG and s***m. The egg has the ability to repel certain s***m with a molecular mechanism causing them to swim slower and also attract certain s***m by releasing a chemoattractant helping them move faster. Cervical mucus call L- Mucus helps filter out any low quality s***m, Bye Boy!

In the study Fitzpatrick is quoted "Follicular fluid from one female was better at attracting s***m from one male, while follicular fluid from another female was better at attracting s***m from a different male…. This shows that interactions between human eggs and s***m depend on the specific identity of the women and men involved."

Once SHE makes her choice and the s***m begins to pe*****te the egg, the egg then releases a chemical response that causes all of the other s***m's heads to pop off. Yep, mass decapitation. ⠀

And to keep things in perspective, the male s***m is the smallest cell in the human body while the female egg is the largest, who run the world?
