Moments from our recent Vet-to-Vet Café at Solstice Retirement Community in Las Cruces, NM, where we had the privilege of listening and learning from the powerful stories of Veteran heroes in our community.💙

We host these gatherings as part of the We Honor Veterans program, an initiative by NHPCO and the VA that guides hospice providers in delivering the highest standard of care to those who served. As a Level 4 partner in NM & Level 5 partner in TX, our commitment extends beyond our patients, honoring and supporting Veterans throughout our community. 🇺🇸
