We are looking for dental assistant who is reliable and friendly and that is able to multi-task. Our staff needs to be capable of giving our patients that experience with above average customer service and knowledge of dental health care needs. This is a full time position.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Making/answering phone calls
- Greet and screen patient
- Accurate data entry
- Create patient files
- Verify insurance daily
- Scanning documents
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Check voicemails and emails
- Schedule patient appointments
- Process and take payments for treatment
Our ideal candidate:
- MUST know Eaglesoft
- MUST be a Registered Dental Assitant
- Be Familiar with Insurance verification
- Energetic
- Friendly
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong multi-tasker
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written

We screen all patients temperature and symptoms. We provide all employees with appropriate PPE. We also offer Rapid Testing for employees.i
