Hiring: Licensed Medical Aesthetician
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-centered Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our dermatology clinic and medical spa team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skin health, aesthetics, advanced treatments, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications
* Active aesthetician license/certification
* Minimum 2+ years experience in a dermatology clinic, plastic surgery office, or medical spa
* Strong knowledge of skincare, skin conditions, and treatment planning
* Experience with:
* Chemical peels
* Microneedling
* Glo2Facial with Geneo and advanced facials
* Dermaplaning
* Laser pre/post care
* Acne and pigmentation treatments
* Excellent consultation and retail/product recommendation skills
* Professional, warm, polished bedside manner
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience
* Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines
* Experience assisting with laser treatments or cosmetic procedures
* Photography/documentation experience
* EMR/charting familiarity
* Social media/content participation is a plus
Responsibilities
* Perform aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
* Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans
* Educate patients on skincare and post-treatment care
* Maintain treatment rooms and clinical protocols
* Support providers and contribute to overall patient experience
* Help grow long-term patient relationships and retention
