Celebrate National Donut Day with no regrets!🍩
Healthy mini chocolate coconut donut
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup coconut flour
• ⅓ cup coconut milk
• ¼ coconut sugar
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• ⅛ tsp. salt
Wisk all wet ingredients, then add all dry ingredients and wisk. Add to donut molds with a piping bag. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Let cool. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip donuts and add favorite toppings.
Makes 15 mini donuts.
