Celebrate National Donut Day with no regrets!🍩

Healthy mini chocolate coconut donut
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup coconut flour
• ⅓ cup coconut milk
• ¼ coconut sugar
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• ⅛ tsp. salt

Wisk all wet ingredients, then add all dry ingredients and wisk. Add to donut molds with a piping bag. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Let cool. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip donuts and add favorite toppings.
Makes 15 mini donuts.

•4 sweet peppers
•⅓ onion
•cilantro
•salt & pepper to taste
Season & cook potatoes in olive oil, once cooked add peppers & onion, sauté for 5 min, add garlic, sauté for an extra min. Add cilantro.

Chocolate Oatmeal
•½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
•½ cup favorite milk
•1 serving chocolate collagen peptides or ½ tbsp. cacao powder & favorite sweetener
•Top with favorite fruit, nuts & seeds
Cook oatmeal for 10min in enough water, let rest for 5. Add collagen/cacao, milk and toppings. Super simple breakfast.

Banana Oat Mini Pancake Tower
Serves 2 towers:
•1 cup oats
•1 banana
•2 eggs
•Cinnamon
•Vanilla
Blend all ingredients. Cook batter like normal pancakes & stack😉 Top with favorite fruit & sweetener.

For syrup (optional):
•2 tbsp. PB2
•1 tbsp. cacao powder
•Monkfruit to taste
•Dash of water to desired consistency

Construct your own quinoa bowls with ingredients you have at home😁🍲
•½ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
•¾ cup shredded carrots
•¾ cup shredded cucumber
•½ cup chopped pineapple (optional)
•6oz of chicken or tuna, salmon, tofu
▪︎Dressings: coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce, siracha & everything bagel seasoning
▪︎Extras: mushrooms, edamame, chick peas, avocado, mango, radishes, seaweed
