Hospice El Paso

We provide comfort, care, hope and choice to patients at the end of life's journey while guiding their loved ones through the grieving process.

Hospice El Paso is a nonprofit organization and El Paso's oldest and largest hospice. We provide medical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families in El Paso County. Care is provided at home, foster homes, in nursing facilities or at Hospice El Paso’s beautiful new in-patient facility, the Center For Compassionate Care-West.

A day of discovery and smiles at La Nube! ☁️✨

We recently had the joy of taking five of our Butterfly patients, their siblings, and our bereaved children to La Nube STEAM Discovery Center. It was a day filled with exploration, learning, and much-needed fun.

Seeing the kids light up while engaging with the exhibits was truly special. We want to send a huge thank you to the team at for this incredible experience and for being so welcoming to our families. Community partners like you make a world of difference!

To the caregivers in our community: we know that your role is filled with love, but we also know it can be physically and emotionally exhausting. It is easy to put your own needs last, but remember—you cannot pour from an empty cup.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, our Center for Compassionate Care is here to help. We offer Respite Care services to give you a much-needed break to rest, recharge, and tend to your own well-being while knowing your loved one is in expert, gentle hands. 🕊️
