We provide comfort, care, hope and choice to patients at the end of life's journey while guiding their loved ones through the grieving process.

Hospice El Paso is a nonprofit organization and El Paso's oldest and largest hospice. We provide medical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families in El Paso County. Care is provided at home, foster homes, in nursing facilities or at Hospice El Paso’s beautiful new in-patient facility, the Center For Compassionate Care-West.

We’ve been busy spreading the love across El Paso!

🎨 The Art: Our Hospice Crafters outdid themselves with stunning Valentine’s mobiles and personalized cards for our patients. Each one was made with so much intention and care.

🍦 The Treats: We took the party on the road to Franklin Heights Nursing and Rehab Center for some classic Root Beer Floats! 🥤✨

Seeing the smiles today reminds us exactly why we do what we do. Happy Valentine’s Day to our amazing patients, partners, and volunteers! 💜

Today is International Childhood Cancer Day, a day dedicated to honoring the strength of children and families facing a cancer diagnosis.

At Hospice El Paso, this mission is personal. Through our Butterfly Program, we provide a specialized circle of support tailored specifically for our youngest patients. Our goal is to ensure every child remains in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by love, expert care, and the fulfillment of special wishes. 🕊️💛

No family should have to walk this path alone. We are proud to stand with our El Paso community in providing the dignity and specialized comfort these warriors deserve.

Healing doesn't have to happen alone. 🕊️🦋

Grief has no timeline, and whether your loss was recent or years ago, finding a supportive community can make all the difference. Our monthly Grief Support Group is a safe, open space for anyone in the Sun City to find comfort and connection.

Remember: You do NOT need to have received our hospice services to attend. This group is our gift to the community, and all are welcome. ❤️🏔️
