🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Danielle “Dani” Coffey 🌟
Social Service Director | Arc at El Paso
With 35 years in senior care, Dani has dedicated her life to supporting seniors and their families through every stage of the aging journey. She began working in healthcare at just 15 years old, and her passion has only grown stronger over the years.
For the past two years at Arc at El Paso (and 12 years total with us), Dani has focused on meeting the psychosocial needs of residents and guiding families through discharge planning with clarity and compassion. Her mission is simple but powerful: provide reassurance, education, and the confidence families need to know their loved ones are treated with kindness and respect.
Dani says what sets Arc at El Paso apart is our personability and resident and family focus. She proudly calls our facility “one of a kind.”
Her greatest strength is her strong work ethic, and our residents feel that dedication every day. She loves how appreciative they are and finds joy in being able to make a difference in their lives.
Outside of work, Dani enjoys following the Chicago Bears, spending time with family and her dog Daisy, and even trying her luck at the casino. And here is a fun fact — she plays five musical instruments: piano, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, and drums.
