So many people came together, bringing curiosity, courage, and a willingness to try something new.

We explored strength, balance, and control on the mat — but what made the evening truly meaningful was the community we’ve built together.

After class, we shared stories, laughter, and dinner — and I was reminded that yoga is not only about asanas, but about connection.

In yoga practice, adjustments are essential to help our bodies reach their full potential with safety and awareness. In this pose, we’re working on opening and preparing the body for backbends.

The focus is on:
