Gentlemen’s Facial:
This is a relaxing, soothing treatment for skin that may be irritated from shaving, the environment, or everyday stress. Deep pore cleansing, a light facial massage and masque will leave skin with an even tone, smooth texture and feeling completely refreshed. Within each facial treatment, there may be varying services during each session based on your individual needs. (60-75 minutes)

The Last Quarter of the moon cycle is a powerful time for release and renewal. As the moonlight fades, we’re invited to let go of what no longer serves us—old beliefs, habits, negativity, or attachments—to create space for new intentions during the New Moon.
In this class, we’ll:
We will start with a guided meditation enhanced by chakra-tuned singing bowls, allowing sound vibrations to support deep relaxation and emotional clearing. While Reiki will bring an added layer of support, release and energetic balance.
Let this practice be your sacred space for forgiveness, release, and renewal—preparing your inner soil for the seeds of your next chapter.

Break the stigma!
It’s Mental Awareness Month!

As the owner of SelfLove Wellness Spa, I wanted to start a business that not only helps people feel better but to practice Self-care and Selflove for the same reason I suffer with a mental illness and I know the importance of selfcare to treat my condition.

I have suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life and 10 yrs ago I was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression after my grandmother’s passing. I am not ashamed of telling people of my mental illness, it’s a constant battle in my mind to check on myself and how I’m feeling throughout my day. I practice self-care every morning, go for walk, exercise, meditate, have ME time.

I love and enjoy what I do and not only I’m helping others but I’m helping myself. I feel the type of work I am in brings me joy and peace and clients who come in feel welcomed and peaceful when they arrive and leave. I have slowly expanded services other than massage therapy, we also provide Reiki, Yoga classes, facials, waxing.

I would love to provide not only a wellness spa but a place for self-healing and to learn how to appreciate some SELFLOVE. This is the whole meaning of my business name and the quote I use for my business, “Self-care is an act of SELFLOVE”.

I have to constantly practice self-care and Selflove because it helps me feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically. It’s a whole body, mind, and soul aspect.

If you suffer with a mental illness don’t feel ashamed. It’s not just you that suffers from it. Do something about it, get help and assistance to cure or help your condition/illness get better and practice selfcare, Selflove, and self-healing.
