Can the hospital deny me my placenta?

- No! Unless you have infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C.
(You are tested for these during pregnancy and when admitted to the hospital for the birth.)

- Texas House Bill 1670 protects your right to keep your placenta.

- The hospital can not keep it from you and order it to Pathology or dispose of it without a SIGNED COURT ORDER FROM A JUDGE.

- GBS is NOT a contradiction and CAN be encapsulated!

- Meconium is NOT a contradiction and CAN be encapsulated!

We offer packages starting at $100 for the placentas that are NOT able to be ingested.

If it has been more than a year we can provide you with a cord keepsake, placenta prints, and the dehydrated placenta which is often used for plants/gardening. 🌷🌸🌼🌹

Interesting Fact: Our oldest placenta we have processed was 15 years old! This Mama had three frozen placentas we did for her and they were 15 years old, 10 years old, and 3 years old!
