Keep an eye on your elderly family members make sure they stay warm during the winter cold days.
**Hypothermia often occurs at very cold temperatures but becomes chilled. A body temp of 95F is an Emergency . TIPS on avoiding hypothermia, wear: warm, thick clothing (layer clothing to increase the amount of body heat.) Include hat, scarf, and gloves.
