✨ Exciting News ✨

I’ll be out of the office September 21–29 while I travel to beautiful Montana! 🌲✈️

I believe massage therapists should always go beyond the minimum requirements—growing in knowledge, expanding skills, and bringing the very best to their clients. That’s why I’m taking this opportunity to train, refine my techniques, and invest in my growth.

Even more exciting—I’ll also be completing instructor training! 🎉 Starting in 2026, I’ll be able to offer continuing education classes for massage therapists in the southwest . 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Happy Father's Day! 💙

Today, I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to two amazing men—my husband and my dad—who spent nearly two years building my dream massage suite from the ground up. Their hard work, craftsmanship, and love brought my vision to life, and I carry that gratitude with me every day.

To my husband—thank you for being my rock, my builder, and most of all, a wonderful father to our children. Your love and support mean the world to me.

And to my dad—thank you for always showing up, tools in hand and heart wide open. Your steady presence and willingness to help at every turn have been such a blessing.

As a former Army medic with 10 years of service in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, this day holds deep meaning for me. I see you. I salute you. I celebrate you. 💪🏼💜

To all my fellow sister veterans — thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your service.

Many of you have seen the heartbreaking national news about the three young sisters who were kidnapped by their father. Tragically the outcome was not what we all prayed and hoped for.

When I first saw the report, I did a double take—something about the mom looked so familiar. It wasn’t until friends from Vicenza shared the post that I realized why… I knew of Whitney from our time stationed in Italy. I didn’t know her personally, but I remember crossing paths with her a couple times at the Art Center and the USO.

My heart absolutely shattered. I can’t begin to imagine the unimaginable pain she is enduring.

My thoughts are with Whitney, her loved ones, and everyone whose lives were touched by her beautiful girls. Please hold them in your hearts.
