Meet Me.... at the begining

Hey Everyone!

My name is Brian Weeden and I’m married to my beautiful wife, of 16 years, Kate and have two kids Andrew and Zoey.

I’m originally from a small town called Manteca, California. I joined the Army in September 2000 where we moved every three years. After thirteen years of service I decided to leave the Army and found our home in El Paso, Texas. My family and I have traveled all over the world and loved ever minute of it; our favorite spots vary depending who you ask. My two favorites places are the Philippines and Japan!

As a kid I was always the one that wanted to push the envelope or see how much trouble I could get away with. I never thought to far into the future until I was in high school. While serving in the Army I realized that I wanted to work for myself and create my schedule around what I wanted to do.

As I contemplated my options I got interested in real estate and opened my first business a real estate investment firm called FLSB Investments in April of 2017. Family is important to me we decided to name the company in honor or my late mother-in-law my father and my wife.

As I was learning the ropes of being a business owner, I always found it hard to find the proper funding for my business. I decided to do more research and decided that I wanted to help other businesses. So recently I decided to open up another firm called Zen Lending. Zen Lending is a place where businesses and come and learn about business credit and how to build their credit not attached to the owner’s personal credit.

My goal is to earn a lot of income and utilize it to buy more real estate turning that into monthly passive income. I always help others to learn, grow and reach their greatest potential. If there is anything that I can help you with, hit the “contact me” button.
