Mr Ortiz admitted to Oasis requiring max to total assistance for all his activities of daily life. With the help of the nursing and rehab teams of Oasis he leaves requiring much less help including complete independence navigating with his wheelchair. We wish him the best of luck on his journey and thank him for choosing Oasis for his care.
