• Avoid contact with sick people
• Do not touch your face (especially eyes, nose, or mouth) with unwashed hands
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol

If you feel ill when you return, seek medical advice. Call ahead before you go to a doctor’s office or emergency room. Tell them about your recent travel and your symptoms.
