At Desert View Dietitians, our work goes beyond the clinic. One of our dietitians, Ruth, teaches Human Nutrition at NMSU and we’re proud to celebrate the successful completion of her first academic year in 2025.

Watching students grow, ask meaningful questions, and finish the semester strong reinforces why nutrition education matters so much to our community.
