To all Sanchez Spine Care patients and future patients,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share some important news regarding a change in my chiropractic practice that will be taking place in the coming weeks.
I will be transitioning to a new home-base, practice location in the next few weeks, and with that move, I’ll also be introducing a refreshed model of care. The new practice will operate on a Cash base system, meaning insurance will no longer be built directly. However, I will be happy to provide Super-Bills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Sessions will be 1:1 treatments with scheduling to be completed directly on my website or through a link on my social media. At my new location, I’m excited to offer an expanded range of services to further enhance your healing and wellness experience. These treatments include:
Chiropractic manipulations, dry needling, cupping therapy, granston technique, cryotherapy, Manual therapy, compression therapy, exercise prescription, and other advance treatments to your individual needs.
I understand that change can come with questions, and I want to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible. If you feel more comfortable, continuing care at the current location, we are happy to help transfer your reference to another trusted chiropractor within the existing practice of Injury Medical. Alternatively, if you choose to discontinue care altogether, we can close your case accordingly with no issues.
Your support, patience, and understanding during this time mean the world to me. I look forward to continue your care, and this new chapter or assisting in any way, that best supports your health goals.
