This beautiful home on the west side is filled to the brim with a wide variety of beautiful antique to modern items. Home of the famous artist Corinne Abeyta-Spinnler, there's so many wonderful items that we have to split it into two parts!
If we were to write down every available item, we would run out of room to type! Here are most of the items available this weekend:
Art: A few art pieces by Corinne Abeyta-Spinnler (framed and unframed of various sizes. Subjects of florals, people, landscapes, and Saint Jude), "The Savage" by Frederic Re*****on, hand carved soapstone eagle by Benny Kaydahzinne, various metal and stone figures of warlocks and native Americans. Framed painted glass of a seaside cottage, large heavy ornate mirror. Various small artwork from various stores.
Furniture: Master bed with brand new memory foam mattress, low floral chaise lounge, various sitting chairs, professional sized wood pool table with copper corners, vintage wood bar cart, carved wood dining table with pull out extensions and 2 plush high back chairs. Various sized shoe shelves, various vintage leather and cloth rolling chairs, leather sofa, leather sitting chair with footstool, MCM boomerang leg coffee table by Adrian Pearsall, vintage milkglass floor lamp with hand carved horsehead clawfeet. Glass and gret metal entry table, two tiered steel and stone entry table, treadmill, purple cloth sofa bed, various small gold metal and glass tables, 2 oversized wood wardrobes with drawers.
Outdoors: Various potted plants both inside and out in various painted pots. 30yo 10'-12' African Milk Tree Succulent, 30yo ficus, Monsteras, hibiscus, pothos, and many more! Lots of MCM black wrought iron furniture including: 2 seater bench, 3 deep seater sofa, table with 2 rocker and 2 stationary chairs, sitting chairs, 6 seater glass table with 6 chairs, coffee table, side planter, and matching desk with shelf. Wood folding chairs, wood chairs, 2 small wood tables, extra large 3 tier white metal flowerpot shelf, 2 metal witting benches, and a 6 ft round stone table with 6 sturdy wrought iron chairs.
Kitchen: Enough entertaining-ware to fill up 8 6ft tables plus the kitchen and walk in pantry! Silver silverware and servingware, various drinking and stemware (glass and crystal), signed pottery mugs and decor, crystal and glass vases, bowls, servingware, and drinkware. Pitchers, tupperware, small kitchen appliances, bakingware, trays, bowls, and more.
Other: Office filled with various books. Lots of various new candles and candle sticks. A room filled with vintage trinkets including: bronze mini rocking horse, vintage cast iron moving piggy banks, miniature canon, small busts, bronze water samovar, various bronze cups, bowls, and trinkets. Various vases from several inches tall to 2.5ft tall. Board games, luggage, computer bags, fishing poles, fishing reels, office printers and supplies, printing paper, lots of various lightbulbs, paper goods, plastic wine glasses, cleaning supplies, and more!
Clothing, etc: Women's clothing from Chicos and beyond. Beaded dresses, long skirts, pants, shoes, vintage t-shirts, men's suits, ties, scarves and wraps, long sleeve shirts. Women's jewelry including pearls, large silver and various stone pendant necklaces, Jade earrings, and various artist made earrings and jewelry. Gucci clutch, Givenchy pouch, beaded purses, various hand and tote purses.
❗️ Please note, the garage, yard and tools, art canvases, frames, the artist studio and its supplies, and the majority of Corinne's artwork will be available in our second sale.
🚗 There is very limited parking in the gated community. While street parking is allowed, please note that you are not allowed to park on both sides of the street as cars will not be able to drive through.
We will only let 50-60 people in at a time.
