First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude for each and every one of you. Over the past 8 years, you’ve trusted me with your care, your healing, and your well-being—and because of you, I’ve been able to live out my dream of serving the collective as a masssge therapist and energy practioner. I truly would not be here without your continued support.

With that being said, I want to share an important update. As much as I would never want to raise my prices, the reality is that the cost of running a business has significantly increased. In order to continue providing the level of care, quality, and presence that you deserve, a pricing adjustment has become necessary to keep my business sustainable.

I understand that times are hard for many right now, and I want you to know that your health and well-being remain a top priority for me—now more than ever. To help support you, I do offer payment options through Affirm if you need flexibility, and you’ll also have the opportunity to lock in current pricing by purchasing packages before the new rates take effect April 13th.

Always got back to basics when s**t hits the fan. Why? Because that is what is familiar and will help to ground then move you forward. There are different phases in life. Some where we rest, some where we build and some where we need to tear s**t down to set the new foundation to welcome the new. All are equally important.

Being an entrepreneur is for the insane really. Not only do you have to wear many hats but you also gotta wear the underwear that fits too tight some days, your favorite dressy shirt that makes you look sharp af but is stained with that weird oil looking stain🫩 that won't come out, then the bra that on good days stays on, on one shoulder while the other slips but you make it work somehow. The spiffy shoes that look cleannn but kill your bunions at every single step but at the end of the day you are grateful af for all these problems. How beautiful is it to have these challenges? So grateful for everyone of you that continues to ride this craziness with me. It's been 8 YEARS ya'll that I embarked on this incredible journey as a business owner and 15 years as a massage therapist! It's amazing to think how many lives I have had the privilege to touch and help. A million times THANK YOU! Thank you for letting me serve you as your therapist, to some a friend and to many more a massage table confidant🙏🙏

Tired of running on fumes and in pain? Then this message is for you! 🫵

Do not let society and old paradigms keep you run down and suffering. We need to reframe how we think about our bodies and pain. Pain is an indicator letting us know something within us needs attention. Let's stop putting band aids where therapeutic touch, energy work and sound frequencies can work incredibly well to recalibrate the mind and body out of a vicious pain cycle. Whether it's emotional, physical or mental our bodies store so much on the daily and you don't have to live that way. It is not normal.
