Okkk but can we normalize actually telling our spouse what makes us feel loved? 👀💕

What’s your love language?

If it’s receiving gifts… tell them. Yes, even if it feels a little “extra.” Closed mouths don’t get roses 🌹

In my recent interview, I shared this: couples thrive when they stay in touch with each other’s needs and desires. For some, love looks like focused attention and uninterrupted time. For others, it’s roses, a thoughtful surprise, and a night out that says, “I planned this because you matter.”

Neither is wrong.
Neither is shallow.
Both are invitations to be known.

We don’t build strong marriages by guessing. We build them by communicating.

And to everyone who messaged, commented, and told me you saw the interview — thank you 🥹🤍 Your support means so much to me and to the heart behind Courageous Mind Counseling. I’m grateful this message is reaching couples who want to love each other better.

Now tell me… what makes YOU feel most loved? 💌

Just because it’s Valentine’s season doesn’t mean your worth is up for negotiation.

I shared in a recent interview that singles shouldn’t let conversation hearts, chocolates, or roses define how they feel about themselves.

You are not “missing out.”
You are not behind.
You are not less-than.

You’re the prize. 💎
Act like it. Treat yourself like it. Date yourself like it.If you’re single, this is your season to build, to heal, to grow, not to shrink.

You are not waiting to be chosen.
You are already valuable.

Treat yourself like the prize. Because you are!

in case you missed the interview like I did here’s the link to read….

A healthy relationship, even with its flaws, brings many rewards when you feel seen, loved, and appreciated. It's worth the effort. I recently discussed this topic with news anchor Hilary Floren. You can learn more about it on her Be Mindful segment live or on the app.
