Root to Rise: Preparing for Birth From Within
A 6-Week Prenatal Yoga Series for Second & Third Trimester Moms with Katie Mayeux
This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to support second- and third-trimester mothers and provide an invitation to deepen their connection to their changing bodies, and begin preparing mentally and physically for birth.
Each class blends prenatal yoga, guided breathwork, meditation, and short educational discussions. Participants will also have time to connect and share in a supportive community circle. The intention behind this series is to provide a space for mothers to reconnect to their intuition, find space both physically and energetically, and to weave a tapestry of community support for the journey forward.
