Integrating with leaders of many disciplines offers us many approaches in getting patients better and to move like they never moved before. My name is Alex Jimenez and I am a Chiropractic Physician who uses cutting-edge th

erapies focused on total health, strength training, and total conditioning programs like Cross-Fit to treat patients suffering from various injuries and health problems. Healthcare has always been part of my life. I’ve volunteered at hospitals at various times in my life and my grandmother was my first ever patient. These experiences taught me how our basic range of motion is an amazing gift. We take it for granted not realizing that a sedentary life can do a body a lot of damage. My passion is to wake people up about the dangers. People need to move! Life is based on mobility. When you do CrossFit, you transmit the energy of the joint across all joints and create real strength. That's why I began offering CrossFit in conjunction with chiropractic therapies. I co-manage a CrossFit facility that is the only combined chiropractic and CrossFit center that treats people in El Paso. I offer physical therapists, trainers, and other services that help working professionals feel better, work harder, and do more! This is a long term commitment, though. Working with me is not a one-time deal. It becomes something more and people follow through and keep it up because they see the changes that it brings. What I do is exercise, movement, and staying healthy. One of my many goals is to give back to the community that has given me so much: El Paso. My goal is to create a mechanism to help this community avoid stagnation of the physical state. I know that we can turn the tide and be not only the sweatiest city but the healthiest one too.
