We provide specialized rehabilitation and nursing services tailored to individual needs, including advanced respiratory care. Teresa is a new, state-of-the-art 124 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We specialize in providing all the services that one might need in order to return home after an illness or injury. In the event that long term care is needed, we also offer this level of care to our clients. Our specialized rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. We have a pulmonary rehab unit specializing in the care of ventilator dependent patients as well as those with tracheostomies.
