🕯Last week, The Arc of El Paso held a community vigil honoring the life of a local teenager, Joseph Caraballo who tragically passed away following an elopement incident.

Families, advocates, and community members gathered to remember his life, raise awareness, and call for greater safety and understanding for individuals with autism.

Our hearts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him. The Arc of El Paso stands and is committed to turning grief into action—by raising awareness and creating safer, more supportive environments for individuals with autism.
