Good morning, El Paso and West Texas!
We're excited to announce that the American Council of the Blind of Texas (ACBT) convention is coming to El Paso! This is a tremendous opportunity for our local blind and visually impaired community. It's been a long time since a conference/convention of this magnitude has been held in our area, and we're thrilled it will take plaze in our great City of El Paso.
This event will take place at the El Paso Marriott August 21st to August 24th. We strongly encourage everyone to attend and see firsthand how our fellow Texans are maintaining independence and thriving.
The convention offers a wide range of sessions, including:
* Support and advocacy
* Braille instruction
* Cutting-edge technology demonstrations
* Informative breakout sessions
* Local tours
