Through this power, we can heal ourself and others. We can release ourself and others from all outer and inner sickness. All our actions will be meaningful and beneficial for everyone.

Tomorrow Friday we have Green Tara meditation practice at 5:30 pm. They call her the great mother, swift liberator from sorrow, and the mother of all the Buddhas. Her practice can be done for many different reasons including removing internal and external obstacles, but the ultimate reason for her practice is to liberate all living beings from suffering.
